Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Cancellations

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 4 hours before the booked slot time. Cancellations made within the 4-hour window may incur a booking surcharge.

2. Therapy Package Refunds

Refunds for progressive therapy packages (such as 10-session osteoarthritis recovery plans) are calculated pro-rata based on the number of sessions completed at their standard non-package session prices. Refund requests must be filed at the clinic desk or emailed to billing@beyourtherapist.com.
