Stand facing the camera directly, feet flat and shoulder-width apart, arms resting naturally at your sides. Keep your gaze straight ahead.

Traced Markers:

Clavicular axis, horizontal shoulder alignment, bi-iliac pelvic tilt, and knee-to-ankle alignment.

Stand facing away from the camera, keeping the same natural stance. Hair should be tied up if long, exposing the back neck line.

Traced Markers:

Spine lateral curvature, scapular elevation/winging, pelvic tilt, and heel alignment.

Turn 90 degrees to the left. Stand naturally in profile, with arms resting down. Ensure your side profile is fully visible.
