Child's Pose (Balasana)

"Restorative spine elongation and hip flexor release"

Child's Pose is a foundational resting posture in yoga and physical therapy. It gently stretches the spine, lower back, glutes, and thighs. By flexing the hips and extending the arms forward, it decompresses the lumbar spine and promotes relaxation, making it a highly effective exercise for lower back pain relief after long hours of sitting.
